EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At Bendita Manga Swimwear, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. That’s why we’ve created a clear and straightforward exchange and return policy. If you need to exchange or return a product, follow the instructions below.

 

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a product, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. After this period, we will not be able to accept exchange requests.

How to request an exchange?

1. Send an email to oi@benditamanga.com.br with the subject: Exchange Request.

2. In the email body, explain the reason for the exchange and describe the situation.

3. Attach the Invoice (Nota Fiscal) or the document received with the product so we can process your request.

4. Wait for our response with instructions on how to send the item back.

Once we receive the product at our distribution center and confirm its condition, you can choose to:

- Exchange it for another available product on our website.
- Receive store credit for future purchases (credits do not expire).

RETURNS

If you received your order but are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

How to request a return?

1. Send an email to oi@benditamanga.com.br with the subject: Return Request.

2. In the email body, explain the reason for the return and describe the situation.

3. Attach the Invoice (Nota Fiscal) or the document received with the product.

4. Wait for our response with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the required conditions, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

​

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original packaging, with tags intact and no signs of use.

• The Invoice (Nota Fiscal) must be sent along with the product.

• The shipping cost for returning the product is the customer’s responsibility. For exchanges, the shipping cost for the new item will be covered by Bendita Manga Swimwear.
