EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Bendita Manga, we want your shopping experience to be as exceptional as our collections. That's why we've created a clear, straightforward, and transparent Exchange & Return Policy.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
How to Request an Exchange

Send an email to oi@benditamanga.com.br with the subject "Exchange Request".

Briefly explain the reason for the exchange.

Attach your invoice or the document received with your order.

Wait for our team to provide the return instructions.
Once we receive the product at our distribution center and it passes our quality inspection, you may choose to:

Exchange it for another item available on our website; or

Receive store credit equal to the purchase value, with no expiration date.
RETURNS
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Law.

After the product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange or return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered;

All original tags must remain attached;

The item must be returned in its original packaging;

The invoice must accompany the returned product.
The shipping cost for returning a product is the customer's responsibility. For approved exchanges, Bendita Manga will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
